Specialising in Fashion and lifestyle accessory, she pulled up her socks to face a fair share of risks and death defying learning curves (not that extreme, though). We do not have a refund policy.
Sale products cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Please note the products if received damaged are first checked by our QC team in the form of pictures or videos, sent by you and only once there is an approval from them is the product retured. Else, not.
If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you wish to return, we will offer you a credit note for the same. (Validity for the credit note is two months from the date of issue). Store credit given to the customer is not transferable to other user/s.
