We have also now ventured into decor items and make beautiful wall plates, book marks, magnets, organisers out of various mediums to adorn your homes. ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Hi, thank you for visiting my shop. I am Suchitra. And my brand name is Yellow Threads. I have been designing and selling jewellery for the last 9 years. Though a banker by profession, I chose to leave my corporate life to chase my childhood dream of becoming an entrepreneur. I love travelling, reading books & of course creating beautiful jewellery. Hope you like my creations :)
SHIPPING POLICY
*Orders are dispatched through India Post within 5 working days. *Shipping only in India. *Usually all shipments are delivered between 7-10 days. The time period maybe more or less depending upon the addressee pin code and also availability for acceptance at the time of delivery. *We will not be responsible for delays caused by Natural calamities and State Bandhs.
REFUND POLICY
*Please do not accept if the shipment appears damaged or tampered with. *Exchange / Refunds (with another product) possible only if product is damaged in delivery process. *All requests for return of product must be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery along with picture of the defective product. *All items must have the original tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. *Colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and we do not encourage returns based on colour or dimensions of the product. * Handcrafted products may have slight imperfections as these are completely handmade.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
*Please store the jewellery in boxes. *Refrain from using perfume / water over the surface of jewellery. *Store each jewellery item separately and do not mix various products. *Avoid storage in velvet boxes. *After usage, wipe the jewellery with a soft, dry cotton cloth to remove any dampness and store. *For decor items, please lightly dust / wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Please refrain from using water or other liquids on th surface.
