This intricately hand painted wall plate is inspired by the famous ancient art â€“ Tholu Bommalata of Andhra Pradesh, India. This plate has been painted using natural vegetable dyes and by the skilled hands of the artist from the remote village of Nimmalakunta in Anantpur District of Andhra Pradesh which is famous for this art form and has also been GI tagged for the same. Originally done on leather this art form warrants revival and this wooden wall plate is our humble attempt at making it viable for your modern homes.
