All our products are handcrafted with utmost workmanship. The attention to detail and artistic brilliance that our home-trained team of differently abled people brings to the table, makes our products special and unique.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Brownfolds was born in 2014 with a simple goal. We wanted to make great products out of paper!
Using recycled paper and taking inspiration from origami, we have experimented with various folding techniques to create functional objects for daily use like Furniture, Products for Home Decor, Storage Solutions for home & office, Fashion & Tech Accessories, Toys, and Craft kits.
Through continuous innovation and extensive 'hit and trial', we were able to find the perfect balance between form and function. The fresh designs combined with attention to detail make our products really unique.
The Brand stands for the simple Reuse, Reduce and Recycle ideology, and we desire to make a positive social and sustainable impact on the environment. Our products are handcrafted and packaged by our creative home-trained team of differently-abled people as we aim at providing them vocational training to help them seek an independent and sustainable livelihood.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship-out all orders within 2-4 business days. Normally all orders are delivered within 10 working days but the final delivery time will vary depending on product availability and the destination to which you want the order shipped.
Brownfolds reserves the right to cancel the order if the pin code area is non serviceable by our courier partners. In such case the same amount as that of order value will be credited back to the buyers account.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within India)
We have tied up with leading courier partners in the country covering more than 12000 pincodes across the nation including some remote locations.
*Any additional charges like entry taxes, octroi charges are not refundable wherever applicable and shall be paid by the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not accept international orders at this moment. But Stay tuned, we are working on it to make this facility available soon.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 7 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange**. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR ANY DAMAGED/USED PRODUCTS. Original brand packaging and all brand tags should be intact to claim a refund.
**We will verify your claim once we receive the goods and then process a refund.
Please include the purchaser’s name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
In case the product is delivered to the buyer in damaged/defective condition, Replacement shall be considered only if the damage/defect is reported to us with photographic evidence in writing within 7 working days from the receipt of product
