REFUND POLICY
For Domestic/International delivery- purchased carpets will be delivered within 10-12 days after receipt of payment for carpets. Although we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, estimated delivery times are used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your Rugsandbeyond product, we may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you. Please ensure the carpet is not used and is returned in the exact condition, it was delivered in. The cost of shipping the carpet for exchange/return purposes will be borne by the customer. In the rare event of a wrong/defective item being shipped, return shipping shall be borne by seller.
