SHIPPING POLICY
1.The products will be shipped typically within 2-4 days. 2. In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances the buyer will be notified via e-mail.
REFUND POLICY
1.No Exchange or Refund 2. In case of a broken item delivered the same product may be offered for exchange only when notified within one day of delivery.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
1. In case of customisation extra charges may be levied. 2. Since the products are artificial (German Silver) it is advised to keep away from sweat, perfume or water to increase longevity of the product. 3. Store in plastic pouch when not in use.

“The earrings were received and they are very beautiful. however, the back stick of both earrings is bent. It seemed like the earring was pushed too hard to fit into the box. The earring is a heavy one and with slanted back sticks it’s going to be a challenge. As my first experience with this seller, and though the earrings are beautiful, delivery was on time etc. I would think again if i wanted to place an order. This may be a one off case, nevertheless it is my feedback. I did give my feedback to the online chat customer manager as well. Thanks”
