I love Butterflies as is evident from the number of paintings I make of them. They aren't always based on actual butterflies. I often choose their colors and markings from my imagination.
This painting is a continuation of my series of butterfly paintings on round and oval wood panels with gold and silver leaf edging.
The edges are gold leaved and painting is varnished.
Signed on the front and back with details of artwork mentioned.
The panel is not framed.
