"The Balance" is the story of a working woman who struggles to cope up with her duties at home as well as office front. She tries to balance both these acts to the best of her knowledge with no time left for her own comforts. The symbolic swing between the home on the left side and office on the right shows her perplexity to choose between a career and her home. This sculpture is the story of every working woman in our country who sacrifices so many things to bring peace and harmony in her surroundings and yet all her efforts go un-rewarded.
