Glow signs, store windows, people, shapes, colours, typography, lights and shadows are rendered on the smooth and streamlined bodies of parked cars in the fine art photography series ‘Streamlined’. These abstract images carry strong characteristics of dynamism, speed and energy and stylistically resemble the famous art movement ‘Futurism’. These were shot by Mayank at a New Delhi marketplace at night, in 2007, and are available as limited edition prints on archival paper.
