SHIPPING POLICY
We have tied up with some of the best known logistics companies in the world like FedEx, DHL and UPS to ensure quickest delivery anywhere in the world. We have many 'Ready to ship' products in our state of the art warehouse and we also procure some products from our partners on regular basis. Once we receive all items in an order and they pass our quality check, the order is shipped asap. The delivery time varies with each product and is mentioned in the details of the products you buy. It takes anywhere between 2-6 days for delivery within India. Don't be surprised if it reaches earlier.
REFUND POLICY
In case the product is damaged or is not same as shown on the portal, we will instantly refund you your money with no questions asked. For the refund you need to give back the product with the original packing and with all the tags and slips in place. Also, used products will not be refunded for. After the product is received in the condition stated above, the money will be transferred to the mode of payment you used for the specific transaction
ADDITIONAL POLICY
In case you have any issue like wrong size, wrong color or altogether wrong product, you can get the product replaced without any hassles. For the replacement you need to give back the product with the original packing and with all the tags and slips in place. Also used products will not be replaced.In case of product damaged in transit you need to click the picture of the product and mail us on the day the product is received
