Artworks shall be properly and suitably packed, and shipped using reputed courier services only, please do no accept the shipment if it appears damaged/tampered with on arrival.

*if any damage on the product, return the product
*we need to have a video and pics while receiving a product
for our booth convenience
*if any problem with quality, replacement acceptable
