INTRODUCTION
KalaGhar Store is inspired by the concept of ‘arte util’ which means useful art. Bringing a revival in the handicrafts of Odisha, Chattisgarh and West Bengal with new product ideas and designs is our goal. We work with grass-root level artists, NGO’s and self-help groups by helping them in understanding contemporary and urban tastes and preferences at the same time retaining the art form's history and legacy. We complement their skills and art of embellishment with modern designs and ideas to create rich spectrum of products that meet the needs of urban audience.

Started by Shipra Agarwal and Megha Agarwal, the KalaGhar Store is inspired by the philosophy of ‘arte util’ which means useful art in Spanish. Here, we create rich spectrum of products that meet urban tastes and preferences and at the same time retain the Indian art forms history and legacy.
We work with various grass-root level artists, NGOs, self-help groups and assist them in understanding minimalist and contemporary designs. Thus, complementing their skills and art of embellishment, new freshness is added to the compositions. We also commit to offering our customers high quality, unique and marketable fair trade gifts which includes corporate gifts for the work table, various festive gifts on occasions to your closed ones and ethical fashion gifts and items.
SHIPPING POLICY
Products will be shipped within 2-5 days.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is simple and transparent. You can get the refund if: 1) The product is received in a damaged/ tampered condition; We request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order details. We will send you an replacement against the damaged product or we can refund the amount. We will bear the cost of sending you a replacement and getting the damaged product picked up from your place. 2) If you did not like the product; Please send us an email within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number. Note: 1) Cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you or If you want, we can get the product picked up from your place and can deduct the charges and can refund the balance amount. 2) The product has to be packed properly.
