ABOUT SHOP OWNER
I am Sheetal Bhadani, ex-banker turned enturprenure. After persuing MBA from reputed institute in Bangalore, I got an opportunity to join Standard chartered bank. During my 9 years of banking stint I have worked for Standard Chartered Bank, HDFC and RBS. My major responsibilty was sales,client servicing and relationship management. Gaining enough experince from corporate career and a vision to promote handicrafts i started loophoop in 2018. We provide training to women who are interested to make crochet toys. Crochet is one dying art. Rarely women from our generation know crochetting. We wish to preserve this art as well as develop sustainable toy rang for kids which is more eco friendly, less hazardeous , no-plastic produce.
SHIPPING POLICY
Products are shipped within 2 days through reputed couriers. Please do not accept the consignment if it appears tampered. Do let us know immediately if you receive a damaged / tampered product
REFUND POLICY
"Your satisfaction is important to us. If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine manufacturing defect, then we will look to replace your order. To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit, please get back to us within 48 hours of delivery with your email id and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours."
