We create unique styles that are glam enough for dress up, but durable enough for everyday wear.
Most items are made in our dedicated studio. We are tied emotionally to every design, ribbon, fabric and color in our extensive Pretty Ponytails color palette.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
My journey with Pretty Ponytails, started about 4 years ago, when I did everything I could to adorn my daughter’s hair. At the time, there were not a lot of accessories to choose from, and I decided that the simple hair clip needed a serious makeover! Designing cute hair accessories became my hobby, which turned into a passion, eventually an obsession, and ultimately a couture line.

In our designs here at Pretty Ponytails, we hope to capture the playfulness and innocence of childhood. There is nothing better than your daughter beaming in her head gear, feeling like a Princess with an invisible crown. They are only young for a short time, so let us celebrate it!

Pretty Ponytails ships products to all major cities across the country, using the services of leading and reliable courier companies
REFUND POLICY
At Pretty Ponytails, we offer you high quality handmade hair accessories. Products are dispatched after a thorough Quality Check. Once your order is placed, cancellation is possible within 24 hours, before it is shipped.
However If you are not satisfied with your order once received, you can exchange it within 48 hours against a full store credit.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale or Discount or Promotion or Combo-Deal items cannot be refunded
Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
We will not accept returns on damaged, broken or cracked items.
The shipping cost of returning an item shall be borne by the customer in case the return is due to change in mind by her.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we shall get in touch with you.

“The point of sending rakhi fails if it does not reach on THE DAY of the festival. I ordered well in advance , after cross verifying the stipulated days of delivery but sadly i was disappointed. May the reason was genuine but if i was communicated the same I could've worked something out on my end.”
