When we take up an assignment, our designer ponders creative possibilities to enhance the original features of the existing space with an equal share of enthusiasm and talent. We envisage designs as a powerful tool to use and sprinkle magic dust in its wake, leaving our clients loving their space beyond their wildest dreams. We create a vision around what one already has and maximize the output – ‘a space overhaul may not always have to be a complete revamp. People sometimes miss out on the strengths of space, and its capabilities are lost to the layman’s eye.’ This is where Pooja’s expertise lies – in unleashing the potential of a space and enhancing it with intricate detailing and nuances of design. Her work reflects her penchant for innovation and desire to challenge existing design structures and processes.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
With a Diploma in Interior Designing from IIFT, New Delhi, and Specialisation in Furniture Design from Indian Institute of Design, New Delhi, Pooja has structured many residential, commercial, and retail spaces.
Pooja’s key strength lies in creating a beautiful, blissful, functional space that speaks to the soul. It could be a temple – furnished with intricate murals or shlokas or a striking headrest on the master bed. Every project is treated with equal enthusiasm by managing a handpicked team of the finest workmen.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Fee Shipping is free within Mumbai. Shipping will be charged as per actuals for delivery outside Mumbai. This will be paid separately once the order is confirmed. Order Confirmation Once an order is placed, we confirm the order over email or phone calls. We hold the order for 24 hours before it is processed for shipping. The selected Products will be sent to the customer through a designated courier service, with whom we would be sharing the customer’s contact information and address. Delivery Once the goods are dispatched it takes the courier service 3-10 working days to deliver within India and 7-20 days outside India. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Delivery to a particular location may be refused in the case the courier service does not service the region or the service is refused for whatsoever reason.
REFUND POLICY
REFUND Every single piece designed & produced by Pooja Khandelwal goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of artisan’s hand-done processes. We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Each refund order will be considered on a case by case basis. No refunds would be given if: • the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address • and/or there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency • and/or the package is refused by the recipient You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your website account within 3 working days from when the product is picked up by our courier partner.
