Paghna is on a quest to discover some of India’s handcrafted gorgeous, the workmanship of some of our known & some obscure talent. Artisans have invested years of heart & hands in their craft. That makes each piece of their work so much more precious than what meets the eye.
SHIPPING POLICY
Every product you receive is handmade, so it carries some natural inconsistencies & variations that make it all the more unique & charming. Every package we ship to you is personally packed, wrapped & doodled on by us (this is our favourite part). We work with trusted shipping partners & stay in touch with them to keep track of your deliveries.
REFUND POLICY
Order cancellations or modifications are always possible, before the product has been shipped. Shipments once released from our warehouse, cannot be recalled. Return policies on a product purchased from us vary for each product. We have mentioned these alongside the shipping details on the individual product page for you to review at the time of purchase. Select items marked as ‘returns not accepted’ are confirmed purchases with a no exchange/ no return option. Products eligible for return, can be returned within 3 days of receiving the order. In case you do receive a damaged product, we request you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once our team has authorized your returns, you could exchange your product for another of the same of higher value & pay for the difference or you could also opt for a full refund.
