Hands of Tym is a Luxury Leather goods operation focusing on ‘one by one’ humanised manufacture. Every piece unique and handmade. Using only the finest materials sourced as locally as our surviving supply chains will allow, our artistry is based on combining the traditional techniques of leather craft and a modern design aesthetic where functionality is key. Bringing ownership of craft back to the individual, reversing a division of labour and ensuring every piece holds a unique bond to the maker. Founded in 2015 by Designer Milan & Atul , Graduates on a private endeavour to keep English craft and industry alive. Available for design, development, sampling, consultation and training. Each bag is individually crafted. The more is used, the softer, flexible and durable it becomes. What is more important – looks better with age, regular use as the leather softens and deepens in colour. PELLE bags are classically designed, authentically styled, vintage look, hand crafted genuine long-lasting leather bags. The inner lining is made from sturdy durable material . Since it is being handmade, each bag is unique! Every bag is double stitched on the trim to ensure durability, strength and the ability to withstand the test of time. This kind of bag is still being processed in the traditional way that has been used since generations in the past. Materials and products to craft handmade natural leather bag are directly provided by traditional craft based families and communities.The leather used for this bag is non-chemically treated and dye free. The leather retains distinctive earthy leather’s smell that evaporates away with days of use. Natural oil is primed once to accent natural scars, scratches, burns. All those features make bag unique in design. Oil protected leather is a subject to water resistance.
