INTRODUCTION
Kraaftify is a handmade product store, where we like experimenting with different materials to make unique and customised products and wearables. Amigurumi is one of the product lines in our store.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
I am an HR by profession, but art and craft are where my passion lies. I used to find time from my hectic job and everyday routine to draw or to craft something new. It made me realize that while I was indulged in my hobby was the only time when I was truly me. This is why I convinced myself to convert my passion into a full-time business and commenced Kraaftify as a brand. I am into the making of a varied range of handmade products like:
- Crochet apparels/accessories / decors
- Amigurumi products
- Felt Toys / Accessories
- Newspaper products like coasters, vases, wall hangings, and other decorative items.
- Handmade Cards / Explosion Box / Scrapbooks
SHIPPING POLICY
The products will be dispatched within 4 days of placing the order. In case of the customised order, it will take 8-10 days to prepare the product.
REFUND POLICY
No return/Exchange will be accepted. Personalised or customised products will not be canceled. The cancellation will only be processed provided the production or dispatch has not been initiated. Refund/Exchange request will be entertained only if wrong or damaged product is received by the customer and the refund/exchange request is initiated within 2 days of receiving the product. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
