SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our products across using reputed courier services only and usually it takes 7-10 working days after receiving the order.
REFUND POLICY
No return. No refunds. All our items are handcrafted one at a time by master artisans. Variations and imperfections in the product may exist because of this process. Handmade products are usually prone to slight differences for colour, size, and shape. However, in the rare event of receiving a wrong product, kindly reach out to us with images within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will look into it and will be happy to help you.
