SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping policy : Arayora has collaborated with trusted courier partners ensuring the product reaches you appropriately. The products is shipped within 4-5 business days. The delivery time is dependent upon the region/location and nature of order. In case its customized the estimated time is approx. 10-15 business days. At times delivery delays happen because of inevitable weather conditions/festivals/public holidays for which Aarayora is not responsible.
REFUND POLICY
REFUND POLICY We offer refund in following cases. - In case of wrong product or size is delivered other than what you have ordered. -Design defect (this is valid only in case of embellished products wherein the embellishments if any, have come off while in transit) In both cases kindly inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product, with product pictures in its original packing and tag.(Please email us your order number along with the pictures) Kindly return the product unused/unwashed in its original packing and the tag intact.The refund will be processed within 48 hours of we receiving the product in unused and good condition.

Additional Policy: Aarayora deals only in handmade products and hence each of the product is unique and quality standards are given prime importance. No two products are identical & hence each of the product is single unique piece only. We do not encourage exchange/replacement/Cancellations
