SHIPPING POLICY
Once received, orders are usually processed within 2 to 10 days and are shipped through a trusted courier partner to your location. Do refer to the product description for the specific shipped-by dates. It may typically take between 2 to 10 working days for the order to be delivered, which depends upon the location. You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped. REFUND POLICY
We offer a hassle-free exchange policy on all our products should you change your mind. We will issue you store credit in the form of a Gift Card / Coupon Code that can be used for any other purchase. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to claim exchange. The exchange shall be subject to the following Exchange Policy. Exchange Policy We only exchange products and do not refund. Exchange of products will not be applicable for worn products, customised products, the items on sale or in case the seal of the product is broken. International orders are not eligible for exchange unless the product has been damaged in transit or a wrong product was shipped.
