As every item is handmade from scratch, it will be dispatched within 3 - 5 days of order confirmation. The shipping charges which also include the basic packaging of the goods are nominal and mentioned with each product. And the goods are shipped through reputed courier partners.
REFUND POLICY
The goods can be returned back within 7 days of receiving the item if found defective.. The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz: • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product; • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and invoice.
