INTRODUCTION

I started my creative career back in the 90's as a fashion designer, despite all the success and several awards. I decided to focus purely on visual arts. Over 40 solo and group exhibitions later, my work has been selected for shows all over the world – from Austria and Iran, to Dubai and Basel. "Energy and hope is what I believe in" . Nature is where I find it – energy, color, vibrancy, boldness, depth and shadow is what I see and in abundance. All these are emotions to me. The textured surfaces, as life is, beauty in every nook, be it in the laughter of colors or in the dark. My works on waterlilies, inspired by one of the greatest influence in my life,which is Monet, bearing my own techniques and personality – the freedom and lightness of touch in the paper works evoke elements of Japanese watercolors.
