ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Khushboo, born and grown up in Bhopal, MP had an inclination towards art, specially colours from her early childhood. She tried all possible shades on the walls of her room.
As she grew up, she developed a fine hand for crafts along with various art forms.
Though she is a human resources expert by profession, she spends her leisure time to explore many varieties of crafts. To give all her art & craft pieces a common & comprehensive stage, she started a platform and called it 'Art-E-Kart'.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once we receive your order, we will take 2 - 3 weeks to deliver your order. We work with some of the best known logistics providers to ensure that our products reach you safe. To keep things simple, we offer Free Shipping.
REFUND POLICY
As all our products are customised on orders, we would not be accepting any returns of the product. However, we are more than willing to refund for any product that is damaged through shipping. Please be sure to report the issue to us within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery. Also, send the scan copy of the product delivery receipt and a clear photograph of the damaged product. Once placed an order cannot be cancelled.
