We specialize in custom designed jewelry wherein we can custom produce per your design. We use E/F (colorless), VVS (very, very small inclusions), and with EXcellent CUT, EXcellent POLISH, EXcellent Symmetry, Certified Diamonds in our Jewelry. We CERTIFY ALL THE DIAMONDS by International Gemological Labs (IGI), not just Solitaires BUT ALL THE DIAMONDS, before incorporating them into a crafted piece. Finished products are once again sent to these labs to be re-certified.

SHIPPING POLICY
As our products are handcrafted by skilled craftsmen, and studded with the finest diamonds (DEF/VVS/XXX) certified by Independent Global laboratories, we undertake delivery within 10-12 working days after the order is placed.
REFUND POLICY
At AURIO GEMS, we access the best diamond cutters of India, we deal in bulk purchases, we manage an efficient manufacturing setup and finally, we run an optimal “Just-in-Time†inventory pipeline. This is so that we offer the BEST QUALITY (lab certified E/F, VVS, Ex, Ex, Ex diamonds and Hallmarked Gold) at the most competitive price points in this Industry. Who says quality has to come dressed up at a high cost?
But to offer the most competitive price, we have to shave off all possible cost buildups in our operations, and this INCLUDES STOCKING COST OF SALES RETURNS (other than defective pieces, which we will replace at no cost). This is especially true of our focus on offering customized bespoken jewelry, viz. jewelry pieces designed exclusively by our esteemed client.
After much deliberation, we in AURIO have chosen the untried path of NOT OFFERING SALES RETURNS unless that piece is found to be damaged or defective, OR otherwise the original design approved by our

Customers are wary of buying Diamonds online. Therefore, to ensure peace of mind, we at AURIO GEMS hand pick all our Diamonds and our experts examine and certify before shipment. Every Diamond you purchase is accompanied by a certificate from Reputed Global Certifying Labs such as GIA, IGI etc.
