ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Rituparna Maiti is from Kolkata, married and has a son. A post graduate in Computer Science from Madras University. Currently, pursuing PhD from Calcutta University along with the handcrafted jewelry business. A very sensitive person who enjoys travelling, reading, creating jewelry, music and many others small things in life. She started this business out of love for colors, creativity and conception.
SHIPPING POLICY
All products should be suitable packed and shipped via reputable courier service only. Do not accept the package if it appears to be broken/tampered with on arrival.
REFUND POLICY
Refund/Exchange is accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is in unused condition. The Customer himself/herself is responsible for returning the product. The cost of returning the product should be bear by the customer. In case of damaged product contact within 24 hours.
