SHIPPING POLICY
All our products are couriered through reputed courier services only. Do not accept the package in case it appears damaged or tampered with. Also please note that colors shown in picture may not match with actual product due to surrounding light effects while taking photo.
REFUND POLICY
Buyer has 5 calendar days to return an item from the date he/she received it. REFUND will be done only for the below mentioned cases: - If the product is damaged during transit. - if the product has any manufacturing defect. - For an instance, Az Perles Creationz finds that a wrong item has been shipped to you. RETURN Policy - In case your product arrives in damaged condition or if you receive wrong item, please immediately mail us a photo of the damaged product or wrongly received item within 48 hours

How to take care of your Jewellery Please try to keep Jewellery away from water. Our products are well made with top material and excellent craft, and normally will not fade easily. But they may be damaged if used by inappropriate wearing habits. For the daily wearing purpose, it is really no problem. But like all other Jewellery, it should try to be away from water, perfume and sweat. Suggest, after using Jewellery, wipe it with a soft dry cloth or tissue paper and keep it sealed in the Ziploc bag.
