ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Baar Baar Dekho is dedicated to celebrating artists and designers across different genres and displaying their artwork through different mediums. The idea is to provide artists a platform to showcase their talent, and thus each product carries the artist name along with it. Founded in January,2015 by a mom-daughter duo - Baar Baar Dekho began with handmade decorative mirrors, and extended its product line to coasters and more recently, notebooks
SHIPPING POLICY
-Once an order is received, you will get an order confirmation and the product will be shipped within 3 working days. -Depending on the location, the order will be delivered within 1-5 days after it has been shipped. -One may track the location of the order through the tracking code which will be provided once the product has been shipped. -For customized products, the customer will be informed about the number of days it will take to ship the order. -The shipping cost of each product is mentioned with the price of the product.
REFUND POLICY
-For incorrect orders/damaged orders, the product will be replaced after receiving the incorrect/damaged product. -In case of handmade products, damages only refer to product breakage. Minor scratches and painting/varnishing flaws are not considered as damages in handmade items and therefore will not be liable for refund or replacement. -Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
