INTRODUCTION

Buddhist art reached its highest watermark during the Gupta period in the paintings at Ajanta (caves, I, II, XVI and XIX) and at Bagh near Gwalior (in Madhya Pradesh). Most of these paintings depict scenes of the Jataka stories but there are secular paintings as well. The painting of Great Bodhisattva in cave I at Ajanta is one of the finest pieces of painting. See the paintings of Buddha in different forms,
from meditation to enlightment. Feel Buddha here feel the peace here.

			 								Karthik Poojappa was born in Bangalore, Karnataka, India in 1953. Karthik's medium of painting is oil on canvas, In his work you can observe two things in the form of abstract and figurative.  Karthik studied in Ken School Of Arts in Bangalore. He has had solo shows in New Delhi, Pondicherry, Chennai. Bangalore, Pune.
SHIPPING POLICY

We always ship order with great care and provide the best service to our collectors/ buyers/ clients. We dispatch/deliver order with high quality packing and courier service for 100% customer’s satisfaction.

1. Any order received will be considered confirmed only on receipt of full payment.
2. In case of multiple orders for the same artwork, only the first confirmed order with payment will be considered. Unconfirmed orders or requests may be ignored.
3. Please Note: The product(s) you have ordered will be kept on hold, under your name, for 7 days during the payment processing time. Your order will only be shipped once your Cheque/Demand Draft/Cashier’s Cheque has cleared.
4. The artwork(s) ordered will be delivered in suitable protective packing after receipt of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your order.
5. If the painting is too large we will have to de-stretch it and ship it rolled.

REFUND POLICY

From the time you receive your original art piece, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from BUDDHA ART and are not fully satisfied, you have seven (7) days to notify us that you'd like to return the work. Then, you’ll have three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork through a traceable method and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
