SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time: 2-5 Business Days Delivery duration: 3-15 days Please note that while we take every measure to ensure your order is delivered on time, Coquelicot By Komal cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Rest assured, we guarantee to hand over your order to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-5 days from the date of your order and payment, or as per the agreed-upon delivery date.
REFUND POLICY
We have a no return/refund policy as each product is made to order. Each crystal that you receive from us becomes your as soon as you purchase it and hence cannot be used by anyone else. That being said, we cannot take back any crystal products as they will carry your own energies and cannot be shared with our other clients. Damages and issues In case you face any issues with your order, contact us immediately stating if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please share a 360 video without any cuts or pauses within 12 hours of receiving your order. We can then issue an exchange for your order.
