Hi, I am Parul Khanna, a corporate lawyer turned artist. I switched domain out of sheer passion for designing.
I design and make handcrafted decorative lamps which have contemporary look and feel to it.
SHIPPING POLICY
Your orders shall be carefully packed and shipped across only through reputed courier services. Please do not accept the shipment if it appears damaged/tampered with.
REFUND POLICY
We sincerely hope that you will be perfectly happy with any product that you bought from us, but in case you are not completely satisfied with the product you bought from us, please drop us an email with the subject line 'Replacements & Refunds' in case of the following reasons:
1. You received the wrong item
2. You open the parcel and find the item damaged
3. Manufacturing defect in the item
You must intimate us about the same within 24 hours of delivery alongwith the image of the product received by you (which shall be recorded in our system to track your return). You must return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, for a refund/ replacement, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered to you.We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original sales invoice or the Coral Charm hang-tag or if
