SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 5 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free local delivery is available for orders over 5,000/- within Ahmedabad. Deliveries are made from 10:00 to 8:00 on [available days]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In case your product is damaged when received, there will be no refund for the shipping cost. No refunds will be provided on damaged products but they can be replaced. The number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customers bank account.(for e.g. 5-7 working days). Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Returns We accept returns only if the product is received damaged. Our policy lasts 48 hours after order delivered. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
