ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Welcome to Culture Chauraha! We are an art studio dedicated to promoting/developing the creative side of every individual joining us.
It's a unique space doubling as a place to find all things HAND-MADE which is also open as a teaching studio. As a brand we have a variety of jewellery, paintings, decor items hand-crafted from start to end by one artist at a time. We also take on commissioned projects/orders.
For teaching our age group ranges from 4 year olds to 80 years and beyond, teaching a variety of arts & crafts technique.
SHIPPING POLICY
Within India:
Will ship in 4-5 working days. No extra charges for shipping.
Outside India:
Will ship in 10-15 working days. Extra charges for shipping will be applied.
REFUND POLICY
- Refund will be accepted only within 15 days after delivery.
- Return Shipping charges to be incurred by the buyer if they change their mind or dislike the product after delivery.
- Return Shipping charges to be incurred by the seller if the product is delivered damaged. (Will need valid proofs)
- The payment will be transferred only after we receive the product in the condition it was shipped with proper packaging
