We take great care in shipping products to our customers, and hence we have partnered with most reputed courier companies to safely deliver the goods at the earliest. Shipping Charges in India are free of cost for all orders above 999, anything below that will be charged as ₹100. Products will be dispatched within 72 hours on working days after the order is placed. We deliver within 3-10 days after the order is placed but due to the ongoing pandemic, we do not commit any timeline of delivery as there are government restrictions in certain areas, workshops, and cities that continue to remain locked down or in containment zones. Elina will not be liable for delays in shipping due to natural calamities. We appreciate your love and support, understanding, and patience in these unprecedented times.

As a policy, we do not offer Returns or Refunds on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or damaged during shipping, we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order. Please note, in case of unavailability of the same product, Elina holds sole right to proceed with a Full Refund. Refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
