INTRODUCTION
*Hiya !!! I am Khushbu, a Fashion Designer who has had the opportunity of studying in various institutions from apna SNDT to London College of Fashion. Initially I started off with designing Bridal wear and then moved on to accessories like bags and shoes. I also had the opportunity of working with retail brands like New Look and Marks & Spencer in UK. When we moved back to India for good, one of my first project was to decorate our house and i had a tough time finding quirky and different home decor and this is when the idea of ELMARI came up....to create a one stop shop for quirky, festive and personalised home decor items and currently this is where I am headed towards.
ABOUT SHOP OWNER
My company is into designing and manufacturing of handmade Quirky Accessories and Home Decor. We also have bespoke product line for festivals and celebrations. We cater to those sort of clientele, who really have a good taste and eye for decor, and that's what our purpose is - customisation and care.
SHIPPING POLICY
Since we mostly Make -To-Order, we generally take about 5-7 days to make and deliver product from the time you place your order. We ensure good quality packaging and delivery within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, and as early as possible, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
REFUND POLICY
ELMARI believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a fair cancellation policy. All our products are largely handcrafted, thus creating light variations from piece to piece in size, shape, colour and finish, these conditions will not be considered under return/exchange policy. For outright cancellations by you: - Once the order is dispatched, we do not accept cancellations. We do not accept returns or exchange product after delivery. Our return policy only covers damaged and broken goods.
