SHIPPING POLICY
At, Gems In Jewels, every piece is handmade and handcrafted. We take utmost care to ensure the best quality of each piece. Our policies are simple and are aimed to keep our customer happy and satisfied. Shipping: The ready pieces are shipped within 3-4 working days after thorough quality check. The customized pieces will be dispatched with 7-8 working days. We ship our products to all major cities, using the services of leading and reliable courier companies.
REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted in following cases: 1.Damaged goods 2.Wrong product shipped by us For the easy return, Clearly, state the reason for return along with the photograph of the piece in case of damaged or wrong goods received. Once we verify the case, we will initiate the return. On receipt of the piece and once approved by our quality team, we will initiate the reversal of the products and issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the jewelry and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled only if they are not shipped. Once shipped no cancellation will be accepted. Once we verify the case, we will initiate the exchange. On receipt of the piece and once approved by our quality team, we will initiate the reversal of the product will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a credit note which can be redeemed within a year. The exchange will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
