We started as hobby with desktop planters to play around with cardboards, sticks and tags and now startup is born. We feel when early start up with us, rules are simple, you have to work with everything from design to delivery, & WE LOVE IT. SHIPPING POLICY
As products are made for order, our dispatch to delivery of the shipment usually takes 2-7 day in normal working days. Email / message notification will be given once order placed and tracking details will be notified on dispatch. We always make sure that we deliver all the products in good condition and as fast as possible. For any enquiry or queries, please get in touch with us.
REFUND POLICY
In an unfortunate situation, if you want to cancel the order, please do so before delivery and just drop us mail with your order no. However, you are not advised to cancel after dispatch. You to refuse to accept the order at your delivery, but only refund will be initiated only after 15 days with mail conformation from us in acceptance of return. Products are eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged, defective or not in working condition. We advise your to take unboxing video and images and submit via mail within 7 days of receiving the product. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please ensure on selection of products / variants / color, No return requests will be entertained for variant issues. Products claiming for return should be in unused condition with tags intact.
