Gulbonda makes 'Gulbondians'- small handmade wooden figurines, each with a name; related to their 'content'(story). The story makes the product meaningful and gives the user a possibility to add their own values and make it feel like his/her life story. This led to the wonderful creations of Gulbonda. The product comes with a beautiful 'handmade packing' with 'the story of Gulbonda' inside and an 'Adoption certificate' with the customer's name on it which makes the product 'A packet full of surprises! '
SHIPPING POLICY
Products are shipped within 7 days through reputed couriers. Please do not accept the consignment if it appears tampered. Do let us know immediately if you receive a damaged / tampered product
REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine manufacturing defect, then we will look to replace your order. To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit, please get back to us within 48 hours of delivery with your email id and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
