SHIPPING POLICY
We offer only Domestic shipping (Within India) All our products are hand crafted hence all products shall be dispatched within 8-10 working days after placing an order for the product(s).
REFUND POLICY
In an unlikely case of damage to the product during shipping - please intimate us at the earliest upon receiving the damaged product. We shall either provide a replacement or a full refund. We would like to believe you have made a well-informed decision & before making the purchase, so we do not encourage returns as each product is handcrafted exclusively. Meanwhile, if you wish to return the product, the return cost has to be borne by the customer in case the product is received in perfect condition.
