If buyer send the images within 24-48 hrs & we find it genuine then they have to ship the product with in 3 days & we will replace the same after receiving the product. .customer will get a refund of the amount in their bank account within 14 days after returning the good * Returned merchandise should be in our packaging and have all our tags & bills be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
