We dispatch all our products through a trusted courier company. The dispatch time of the products depends upon the type of product you have purchased.
REFUND POLICY
We have no problems mending any part of our products if they are received in a damaged condition. We just ask that you return or replace the product within 7 days of receiving the damaged product, and the return shipping charges will be borne by us. We do not accept return and exchanges for custom macrame orders
