ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Making things with my hands is what I am in love with. It may not allow me volumes however, the satisfaction that I derive with creation is incomparable. Jewelry happened to me with a friend suggesting we join for a class. The beads, strings, connectors..a world in itself..I got hooked and since then there has been no looking back. I did make a few pieces and there were many friends who wanted me to make for them. Orders started coming in and thus, began a journey I am truly in love with. I love working with the beads and other jewelry findings and each one of these creations is a labour of love ,conceived and created painstakingly.
SHIPPING POLICY
All my products are shipped in such a way as to ensure 100% safety and no-damage whatsoever of the product, so that it arrives in a pristine condition. Once the order has been placed and payment made, the order will be processed and despatched within 3-4 days (unless a longer time frame is mentioned in the individual MADE TO ORDER items. I will keep you posted on the status of your order at every stage. I ship using India speed post and will take 3-5 days to reach you. Kindly provide the correct mailing address along with telephone/mobile number (mandatory for postal services/courier). The package will be sent to the mailing address given on the website shipping form. The customer is liable to pay any additional shipping costs in case a wrong address is given.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds and Exchanges I strive to ensure your happiness with each of my creations. In case the product is damaged on arrival, kindly intimate within a period of 48 hours alongwith the pictures of the product. The refunds would be processed after the products are returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment. Alternatively a free replacement can be sent if the claim of damage is agreed. No Returns will be accepted for goods which do not fit your size or color requirements and on custom made products. The goods delivered to you will be as per the size, color and design you see in the pictures on the respective product listings.
