SHIPPING POLICY
Since all of our products are handmade and consist of a number of phases including rolling the clay, moulding it, glazing and firing it. From the date of placing your order, it will reach you in a time of 3-4 weeks.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer a refund. However, we can replace your product in the following cases: If the product reaching you is broken. How to initiate a replacement: Ensure that the items you would like to return, meet our replacement guidelines. Call/Email us with your order number, pictures of the product to initiate a reverse pick up. Return the product in the same box along with the original invoice. Pack the box well and wait for the reverse pick up from our team. The product will be picked up from your place within 2-3 business days. If pickup facility is not available in your area, you may send us the product through courier. You shall be reimbursed the shipping cost in the form of a voucher upon receiving the product. This voucher will be valid for a year and can be redeemed in your next purchases.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
The glazing process is also done by hand, so minor variations in toning are possible in two pieces of the same type.
