Kshiti Art & Jewellery offers a wide range of handcrafted Jewellery and Home decor products. Jewellery range includes Macrame Jewellery, Terracotta Jewellery, Wire wrap Jewellery and fusion jewellery.
Home decor products include Bottle lanterns, Bottle painting, dream catchers, paintings etc.
SHIPPING POLICY
The product will be appropriately packed & shipped through a reputed courier, within 5-12 days, depending upon the type of product ordered. (Terracotta jewellery-12 days for whole sets; 5 days for earrings. Macrame, wire wrap and polymer clay jewellery-5 days) Usually all shipments are delivered between 5-12 days. The time period maybe more or less depending upon the addressee pin code and also availability for acceptance at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for delays caused by Natural calamities and State Bandhs.
REFUND POLICY
We request, you not to accept if the shipment appears damaged and/ or tampered with, as we ensure that all shipments are packed securely. Incase of any wrong/damage goods found, the buyer should contact within 24-48 hrs from the time of delivery along with the picture of the wrong/defective product. Since, all the Jewellery pieces are handcrafted, no two designs will be identical. Incase of exchange, you may choose another piece from our beautiful collection.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Please ensure that the jewellery is stored in the container/pouches provided. This helps keep out the moisture that eventually may cause dullness in the color or tarnishing of metal. Refrain from exposing the jewellery to water/extreme heat and avoid dropping the jewellery which may result in breaking or bending out of shape as the mediums that are commonly used in our Brand are natural stones/crystals, clay or metal strings.
