SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY Libas Legacy uses the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your product/s. Delivery within India takes 7-10 working days. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code. Libas Legacy will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges. In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together. All products shall be shipped from India.
REFUND POLICY
No refund would be provided. We only offer exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer below for our exchange policy: If you are not satisfied with the size of product we would be happy to exchange it with other available sizes in that particular style. Only unused and unwashed products are eligible for exchange. Products can be exchanged within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up.
ADDITIONAL POLICY
Please note irregularities and inconsistencies that you may find in hand block prints are part of its unique hand crafted character, beauty and texture. Colors tend to bleed on first few initial washes. It is advisable to for dryclean.
