ABOUT SHOP OWNER
Having grown up in the Santhal tribal belt of Bihar-Bengal-Odhisha. I have been long fascinated by the cultural richness of Indian Tribes, especially their jewellery and traditions. What has been a fascination turned into a passion to know about the traditional methods of designing Indian tribal Jewellery and use the same standards to design them.
SHIPPING POLICY
Products are shipped within 2 days through reputed couriers. Please do not accept the consignment if it appears tampered. Do let us know immediately if you receive a damaged / tampered product.
REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine manufacturing defect, then we will look to replace your order. To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit, please get back to us within 24 hours of receiving the item, with your email id and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
