Our products are made from unconventional industrial material like stainless steel. The raw material for most of our products come from the industrial scrapped stainless steel pieces.
As of now Madhechi Is a brand led by all Women team. We believe in empowering women by providing them with jobs that would help them improve their financial life.
SHIPPING POLICY
It takes 3-5 working days to deliver all across India and 10-20 working days for international shipments. There might be a delay in the shipment in terms of natural disasters and national emergency.
REFUND POLICY
An item can be returned within 5-days once it’s received by the customer provided the item is unused and unworn. The only exception is for all Personalized items, Free Gifts, or SALE items – these items are non-returable. To process a return/exchange: Email us with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up. Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in the original packaging by MADHECHI Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.
