Maitri ... the Sanskrit word means, friendship and goodwill ! It best expresses our desire to be associated with Nature and its rustic products, made by the most natural way .... by hands !
The name, as it suggests "friendship", was incorporated keeping in mind, our need to be more eco-friendly with handmade, greener and recycled products so as to make a difference to our future and the well-being of our planet.
Fascinated by the rich handicraft heritage of India, and being aware that most of these craft forms have been slowly fading away, due to insufficient exposure and inadequate returns, Maitri is a small step to preserve and bring this tremendous treasure to the forefront.
So here we bring to you, earthy jewelry in beautiful designs and colors, lovingly handcrafted using river bed clay called terracotta, fired and hand painted with great care!!

SHIPPING POLICY
We use best Courier partners like DTDC, Fedex, Aramex etc to ensure a speedy and safe product delivery.
Dispatch Details :
After the product dispatch, you will be provided with the shipment details and an approximate delivery duration, for easy tracking of the shipment and to ensure that you are available at the given address to receive the shipment when it is delivered. Maitri Crafts is not responsible if the shipment is returned, due to unavailability of recipient at the address.
REFUND POLICY
No returns except in case of damaged product received.
Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us with the pictures of the damage and the product, within 24 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive either a replacement/discount/refund, depending on case to case scenario. The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Maitri Crafts.

Terracotta Jewellery is a fragile product and requires to be handled carefully.
We ensure that the products are packed well, to avoid any form of damage.
