INTRODUCTION
Mana is a fashion design studio located in Auroville. We live and work in and for Auroville, an intentional community based in South India. We are a team of 3 people, Claire, Julie and RV, enjoying to be artisans. We draw our inspiration from Arts and Crafts of the whole world wether they are ancient or contemporary. Our artistic backgrounds (Music, painting, visual arts,…) brings us to explore all the tracks. We dedicate a particular attention to the quality of our work and to the attitude which supports this work. We go through a creative process for each work. We carefully choose the fabric for its colour, its texture, its weft, its movement, its feel… We search for the right colour of embroidery threads to create the Harmony. We imagine and conceive the patterns of the embroideries to give the proper style, the right pace, sublimating the different elements of the design. We use different technics of weaving and hand embroidery for our designs.

SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING RATE Freight will be charged in addition to the prices mentioned. DELIVERY The shipping process normally takes seven business days to reach the shipping address once the order is dispatched. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider´s end may cause delays however for which we are not liable. You will also be intimated over email once your merchandise is dispatched.
REFUND POLICY
EXCHANGE POLICY Items available at Mana are handcrafted with hand embroidery and each piece is unique, we are hence constrained to have a policy of no exchanges or returns. VALIDITY OF ORDER: Once the order is placed and payment for the goods made via any of the permitted options, the order remains valid and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery.
