I am associated with Marudhara Mahila Vikas Sansthan organization since 2011. This organization aims for the welfare of 11000 female artisans who belong to the different desert tribes. The organization is dedicated to provide regular livelihood to these women and empower them.
SHIPPING POLICY
Products are shipped within 3-5 days through reputed couriers. Please do not accept the consignment if it appears tampered. Do let us know immediately if you receive a damaged / tampered product
REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine manufacturing defect, then we will look to replace your order. To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit, please get back to us within 48 hours of delivery with your email id and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
